The following refund and cancellation policy applies to all registered attendees.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations received before Monday, July 30, 2018 will be fully refunded. All cancellations received between July 31st and August 13th will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. The cancellation fee is deducted from the refund. No refunds after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing either by email, fax, or mail, and will not be accepted by phone. Please send all written notices of cancellation using one of the following:

Substitutions

You may substitute attendee names with written notification and without penalty at any time. Substitution requests must be made in writing either by email, fax , or mail, and will not be accepted by phone. Please send all substitution requests using one of the following:

After Monday, July 30, 2018, please bring all registration adjustments to Energy Exchange’s onsite registration.
Onsite registration opens August 20, 2018.
